Love is a game, and Alodia Gosiengfiao and Christopher Quimbo know how to play it. The couple brought their passion for video games to life in a grand Valentine’s Day wedding at the Manila Marriott Hotel. And guess what– the whole set-up looked like it came straight out of a real-life RPG.
Alodia, known for her stunning cosplays, wowed in a three-way bridal gown by the legendary Filipino designer Mak Tumang, who’s well-known as the creative force behind Catriona Gray’s Miss Universe-winning gowns.

But that was just the beginning of the spectacle. As she made her way down the aisle, Alodia walked through a virtual wonderland with the different moons from her favorite video game, the “Final Fantasy” series, projected around her. It was a grand entrance that will go down in the annals of video game-inspired weddings.
Event stylist Gideon Hermosa pulled out all the stops to transform the hotel ballroom into a fairytale garden, complete with lush live trees, flowers, and plants. The scene was set for a magical experience, further elevated by the Philharmonic orchestra’s rendition of a “Final Fantasy” theme.
To top it all off, Alodia’s bridesmaids donned cosplayer-inspired hairstyles, adding a touch of whimsy to the already enchanting affair. With all these incredible elements coming together, Alodia and Christopher’s wedding truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime event that was fit for video game royalty.
The couple got help from wedding coordinator extraordinaire, Christine Ong Te, to make their dream wedding a reality. Alodia later took to Instagram to share photos of her dreamy wedding, captioning a shot of her and Christopher with “My Final Fantasy 💍”. Check out how it looked below:
