Sheikha Mahra is the daughter of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Sheikha Mahra’s dress was designed and made by Ezra Couture, the label of Dubai – based Filipino designer Ezra Santos.
