HRH Prince Abdul Mateen of Brunei and longtime girlfriend Anisha Isa Kalebic tied the knot in the first royal wedding of the year.
A 10-day royal wedding took place following Bruneian tradition. An Islamic ceremony took place on Jan. 11, where the prince and his fiancée exchanged wedding vows at the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. Other festivities included a wedding reception, banquets, musical accompaniment and a parade around Brunei’s capital Bandar Seri Begawan on Jan 14.

The bride is making waves across the internet for her elegant regal bearing and impeccable fashion sense. Her wedding gown was created by Malaysian bridal wear designer Teh Firdaus.
“Honored to play a role in the Brunei royal wedding,” the Malaysian bridal designer captioned the Instagram images on Jan. 6. “Witness the grace of Yang Mulia Dayang Anisha Rosnah Adam Isa Kalebic in our custom-made baju kurung in intricately woven tenunan Brunei, as she embraces elegance during her Khatam Quran event.”
