After three consecutive years of participating at the Harbin International Fashion Week from 2017 to 2019, Francis Libiran is back for the fourth time as the lone representative of the country. Libiran presented the Phoenix collection on a global stage for the first time at this year’s Harbin International Fashion Week finale.
Francis Libiran in Harbin, China. The 2024 Harbin International Fashion Week was held at the West Red Square in Harbin from January 11 to 16 with a lineup of 40 of the world’s globally renowned international designers from 26 countries and regions.

Francis Libiran gracefully concluded the event with the highly anticipated Phoenix collection. It is an ensemble gracefully embracing a sophisticated palette weaving together the shades of silver, black, gold, and red. This collection was unveiled at Sterling, a celebration of Libiran’s 25-year outstanding career in November 2023. The collection is inspired by the mythical creature Phoenix which is known for its resilience and tenacity. It is also a narrative of rebirth and transformation of Francis Libiran rising from adversities.
