Popular wedding banquet expert Juan Carlo The Caterer sweeps 4 of 6 awards in the recently concluded Culinaire held at the SMX Convention Center Manila.
The SMX FlavorFlix Culinaire 2024 was a highly anticipated event showcasing the culinary talents of SMX Convention Center’s accredited caterers. This year’s event was particularly notable for its theme, which focused on “FlavorFlix,” combining the love for food with cinematic experiences. Attendees were treated to a feast for the senses as they explored a variety of food offerings, creatively presented to match the theme.
Participating accredited SMX caterers include Bizu, The Creamery, Conrad Manila, Hizon’s Catering, Juan Carlo The Caterer, Kitchen City, M Catering, Tjoe, and Via Mare.
The event featured various competitions where caterers vied for awards in categories such as Best Appetizer, Best Main Course, and Best Dessert, among others. The event was not only a celebration of culinary excellence but also a platform for networking among industry professionals, making it a significant event for both caterers and clients in the Philippines.
