It took (CJ and Joyz) Romyr Joyce Granil going on a vacation leave for her work colleague, Christiane John Coronel, to realize that he actually missed having her around. As soon as she returned to work, CJ did his best to win her over. The couple celebrated their eternal love in December 18, 2019, with a modern rustic-themed wedding, with shades of dusty blue, burgundy, and silver gray creating a mellow setting for a beautiful day.

CJ says, “Our wedding, though simple and not perfect, is the happiest experience of our lives. Preparation is quite stressful as we did it at a very limited time and far away from each other as Joyz is working abroad. On the day of the wedding, yes it did not went by perfectly as planned, there were delays but we did not focus on this and we just thought positively about the real journey that is about to begin on that very day. We enjoyed every moment, as we exchanged our vows, there was a very heartfelt joyous feeling that can’t be explained in just merely words.” –Marielle Ong
