THEIRS IS A LOVE STORY that has gone the distance. CHESTER WENDELL PAGLICAUAN and CATHERINE LAO became a couple back in 2011 and then spent over four years in a long-distance relationship before having their civil wedding in 2016. Finally, on July 18, 2018, after two more years of waiting, their carefully planned church wedding came into fruition.
